It is important that the school has your current contact details so we can communicate with you and ensure our records remain up to date.
Parents and caregivers can request changes to their child’s emergency contacts, email address, residential address or contact telephone numbers by either:
- Visiting the school in person and speaking with Administration; or
- Emailing info@macgregorshs.eq.edu.au from the email address currently registered on your child’s school profile. Please also include your child's name and Clan in the email. This is required to verify your identity and protect the privacy of your child’s information.
When requesting an update by email, please clearly state the details that need to be changed and provide the new information.
The Department of Education through MacGregor State High School is collecting personal information in accordance with Education (General Provisions) Act 2006 in order to maintain student absentee records. The information will only be accessed by Department of Education. The information will not be given to any other person or agency unless consent is provided.
